Previous punishments on the server: None. Describe yourself: Well to start, I’d describe myself as professional and optimal for the staff environment. I have been roleplaying in general since around 2015 and found GMOD RP in around 2018-2019. Since then, i’ve put a sad amount of time into becoming the best larper possible and have doubly attempted to be as consistent professionally (as a staff member or player) wherever I have been. I’m relatively nice, pretty active, competent, and most important of all- probably not retarded.  Why do you want to be a staff member?: I have been playing citadel a fair bit recently and actually found myself enjoying it. I figure, since it is a server i’d like to see succeed, I should make every attempt to be a part of that success. Most recently I have been helping knrboy in the KVP but also just casually hanging around on my Paul Allen Foster char. I feel that as a staff member I can contribute positively to the environment that is trying to be created and curtail any of the attempts of others to harm that environment. In summary, I enjoy the server and want to contribute to its growth and maintenance as a staff member.  Why should you be trusted with a staff position?: I have been in the general community for a while now, acting as a staff member and gamemaster on a number of similar servers. Overall the position of a staff member, in the way I have always treated it, is one that is meant to be a role model in way of RP and adherence to the rules and guidelines. I believe I exhibit those traits well, and if given the opportunity, can promote the betterment of both to the players and community in general. Why should we choose you over another applicant? In other words, what makes you stand out?: I’d say what makes me stand out is most clearly my experience. I don’t believe there should be a doubt that I would be able to carry out the duties of a staff member. That said, I do not just pride myself in my professionalism outside of RP- but make active efforts to better RP in whatever position I am in as a player. Speaking to experience, having been a staff member as much as I have, I have seen countless scenarios and can devise pretty quickly ways to mediate them. I am, most importantly, a player first and a welcoming face to a community. I have always said that a person may meet 10 people when they first enter a server, but if just one of those people is a staff member then they should have all the help they need. Being a staff member means caring for the community and it’s members, protecting the integrity of the roleplay and rules thereof, and I feel more than confident in my ability to do that if given the opportunity.
