Black Market Dealer: A dedicated NPC where civilians can go to purchase contraband items such as zipties, lockpicks, masks, ammo, small weapons, etc. Drug Market: I think there should be some sort of drug racket on the server available to all. It could involve getting ingredients from the black market dealer and cooking them to sell back. A Clothing Vendor: I think people should be allowed to purchase suits and clothes so they can customize their character. Alternative Income: Crime is gonna be a big part of civilianrp but there should also be some legal ways. Taxis, delivery trucks, etc.

+1 Definitely support the Black Market Dealer, an idea to add to this is selling guns to the BMD for half the price to get rid of extra weapons and whatnot. Also, Hankshark has yet to add Opium running to the server : (
