[b]What are your plans with this character?: I plan to use him as a mostly homeless war veteran, to make the issue of veterans welfare more important, as well as possibly using him for a specific business.[/b]
[b]Please give a short biography of the character: Franz Von Mielche was born in the port of Kiel, and raised in a modest family. When the Great War broke out; he quickly enlisted only to realize the horrors of war. He was injured in the western front in 1917, and awarded the Iron Cross, 2nd class. When he recovered, he was sent to his hometown Kiel to help deal with the sailors mutiny. When the war ended, he stayed a-political; and developed pacifist views. When the inflation crisis happened, he lost his home and was forced to roam the streets as a beggar. Today he resides in Berlin, spending most of his time around the City Center.
Does this character have any medals/awards? If so, what are they and how did he get them? (Please note that more medals will make your application harder to be accepted) The only award he has received was the 2nd class iron cross, he received it when he delivered a message to a command group past artillery fire only to be injured afterwards.[/b]
