I will use logic to come to my conclusion and punishment if needed. I also hate with a passion corrupt staff teams, gmod being gmod, staff can get away with what ever they want as most servers don't serious staff report system, however this server is different, thus I want to join the staff team. I'm don't take my self too seriously, I can have a joke around but I do understand when I need to be serious and will act accordingly. I've got great people and communication skills so I will be able to work with other staff and players and will get along with those who are willing to get along with me [b]Why do you want to be a staff member?:[/b] I've played a lot of gmod and I fully understand that a staff team has the potential to make or break a server. This is why I want to join the staff team, I want this server to succeed and work so I will do everything in my power to do that. I've also noticed a lack of staff in the British time zone which for British players can be a bit difficult so I want to come in and help out those players and fill this gap for the staff team.  [b]Why should you be trusted with a staff position?:[/b] I have self respect and I treat my reputation carefully. I will not fail as a staff member because it has the potential to ruin my reputation and it will give me a bad name, also I have a line, when I promise to do my utmost as staff, which I do, I will not break that promise. I wish to see this server challenge Typhon, I have high hopes for this server and wish it to go far, if I do something wrong as staff it may threaten this servers chances, thus I will not let myself do that. [b]Why should we choose you over another applicant? In other words, what makes you stand out?:[/b] My extensive experience, not only with staff but with management and difficult players puts me above the average candidate. Secondly I will put staff before my character which I know for some staff they can't and because of this I can put aside my personal feelings and wants to ensure I staff correctly. I also know that many staff maybe younger, I am 18 and currently at university studying Cyber Security(this does not mean I wont have time for the server, I'm on top of all my work). This proves my maturity and competence which are two attributes every staff needs.
